ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Performing Arts/Movie Venue
Part Time: 30 hours a week
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive administrative assistant to join our organization. The Administrative Assistant coordinates with upper management in the day-to-day functions of running a theatre. A strong customer service and administrative background is essential. This position requires extensive knowledge of computers and office equipment.
Duties and responsibilities include:

Provide excellent customer service

Maintain website and calendars
-
Ticket sale processing
-
Maintain membership database
-
Manage film delivery and return
-
Assisting with advertising of upcoming events
-
Coordinate volunteer activities
-
Correspondence and occasional bulk mailings
-
Maintaining and understanding office systems
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience
-
Needs to be comfortable working on occasion in a fast-paced environment, but is also able to self motivate with the ability to manage assignments independently

Strong computer and office-related skills

Strong interpersonal skills
